Planet Of The Dead (Easter Special 09)
Brilliant Special. I liked the new Aliens that the Doctor has met and also How they managed to get a Bus to Dubi and the storyline throughout the Special , Can't wait to see the next one which is going to be in the Autumn as confirmed on screen on Confidental. Also I wonder what is coming out of the Darkness... 5/5
The Waters Of Mars (Auntum Special 09)
I have to say this special ofd Doctor Who was very intense as it involved the treaded water on Mars. It was great from the outset and my favourite bit was when the water was trying to get The Doctor and Adelaide Brooke through the airlock door , and as The Doctor said "Water always wins". Great little sentence there and also The Doctor relieases too that he must not be there when the water happens as the events are a fix point in time and everyone on Bowie Base One must die.
The Doctor did decide to stay untill the end and experience all the goings on in the base. He helped them all survive and saved Adelaide Brooke , but she then said to The Doctor "Is they anything you can't do?" and The Doctor replied "No I am Time-Lord Victorious". A interesting dialogue there.
I won't tell you what happens in the end as I don't want to spoil it for you , but The Doctor doesn't always win... 5/5
The End Of Time - Part 1 (Christmas Special 09)
Just watched the Christmas Special of Doctor Who and I have to say loved every minute of it , from the light moments to the really dark moments of the episode. It was interesting to see Donna back again. The biggest shock of the special was to see THE TIMELORDS RETURNING as they are ment to be dead , but it actually worked and I can't wait to see more of them on New Years Day. I also loved the idea of The Masters plan to turn everyone in the world into him. What a great idea that the writers and RTD came up with.
The one problem is now Donna has remembered what she did before her memory was wiped (Remember The Doctor said if she remembers even for just a second she will burn up) , so what will happen to her? and she will die now?
I have to say thanks to the team of writers and the crew and everyone who worked on the special including David Tennant for a great special and I can't wait to see the final (possible sad moment) special of David Tennant playing The Doctor in , on New Years Day. I hope what-ever you are going to do now DT , I wish you good luck. 5/5
